The BackPack Excellence Scholarship provides a transformational experience through the IMD MBA program, enabling women to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in their careers and communities.
The scholarship offers developmental support in terms of;
- Transformational Leadership Program: The IMD MBA program itself is a transformative experience, focusing on developing leadership skills, business acumen, and a global perspective.

Eligibility Criterias for the 2025 IMD BackPack Excellence ScholarshipÂ
To be considered for the IMD Business School Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Be women who have experienced significant hardship and disruptions in their professional journeys. This includes situations such as:
- Forced displacement due to conflict, natural disaster, or persecution.
- Family obligations that have impacted career progression.
- Financial constraints limiting access to education.
- In addition to these specific criteria, applicants will need to meet the standard IMD MBA admission requirements, which include a strong academic background, professional experience, and demonstrated leadership potential.

- Full or Partial Tuition Coverage:Â The scholarship can cover the full tuition fees of the IMD MBA program, which is a substantial investment. In some cases, partial scholarships are also awarded.
- Living Expenses:Â In addition to tuition, the scholarship may also cover living expenses during the MBA program, relieving financial stress for recipients.
Application Procedures for the 2025 IMD BackPack Excellence Scholarship
